Front Desk/Customer Service
Work Hours: Part-time. 10 – 20 hours per week. Weekend availability will be prioritized. We are also actively seeking team members with weekday morning availability for when the visiting school group season restarts. Must be 18+.
General Description: Our Front Desk staff wears several hats as customer service representatives, risk management officers, instructors and more. We value outgoing, friendly, confident and capable people with varied backgrounds and skillsets. Reliability, attention to detail, follow-through, initiative and leadership by example are valued criteria for our staff. Climbing experience, knowledge and technical expertise are plusses.
Physical Requirements:
Staff must be in appropriate physical condition for manual labor, including at height. Staff must be comfortable with lifting objects up to roughly 50 pounds.
Programming Staff
Work Hours: Part-time. Flexible Schedule. Weekend availability is ideal. We are also actively seeking team members with weekday morning availability for when the visiting school group season restarts.
General Description: Our Program staff helps to facilitate group visits such as birthday parties, school groups and camps. We are looking for someone confident around children, outgoing, friendly and who is comfortable enforcing safety rules at all times.
