Tai Chi for Fun & Fitness with Jim (Tuesdays from 7pm – 8pm)

Be introduced to the 1st section of the classical Yang Style 108 movement Tai Chi form. Enjoy the process of improving your strength, flexibility, balance through tranquil, fluid movements with controlled breathing and a meditative state of mind. Tai Chi could be the perfect activity for you to help maintain lifelong vibrant health.

Your instructor Jim has many years of experience in martial arts and fitness training and looks forward to introducing you to this amazing art form of Tai Chi.
